Hi Everyone,

We hope you will register for our next in-person AATE meeting will be hosted by Woodward Academy on April 12 from 10:00 am - 2:15 pm. Participants will learn about new spaces, innovations, and great ideas for the integration of STEAM/Technology into your curriculum. We will also consider how we can reimagine the future of education.

NYC-based, Vriti Saraf will be our keynote, and her session entitled Reimagining the Future of Education is one that you will not want to miss! Vriti has recently shared about her work in web3 at ISTE, SXSW Edu, Harvard & Columbia Graduate Schools, and many more. Please click this link to read about Vriti Saraf's Bio and see our detailed agenda

CryptoNFTsmetaverse, blockchain...As an educator, are you wondering what these terms are? Do these ideas have anything to do with education?

There's a digital revolution taking place across finance, politics, technology, and other industries, called web3. Similar to the rise of the internet, web3 is changing the way people operate, socially and professionally. The question for us as educators is: Will these new concepts help education or hurt it?

This keynote will be a bit different. Vriti Saraf is a former teacher and dean across public & private schools, and is currently a leading voice in web3 education. She will explain some of these concepts, how they might impact education, their pros and cons, and how educators can be empowered to lead the change they wish to see, using web3.

As part of registration, please select your session choices so that we can arrange the best room for each option. Also, Vriti has asked members to complete a survey so that she can target her session to our level of knowledge on this topic. We created this anonymous survey.
